a lovely stay

i enjoyed the excellent variety of food options, the beach restaurant was a highlight. our beautiful room was spacious and comfortable. plus, the entertainment on certain nights added a fun touch to our evenings (it was lovely).
i made a request for the cleaning of our room floor due to waste deposits, but regrettably, my request went unfulfilled. i had no alternative but to clean the floor myself using the bathroom resources. the guest relations response was dismissive when i addressed this issue for the second time.

several bars and restaurants are located almost everywhere. the food was delicious, and there were different cuisines available each night (i loved the turkish night!). the beverage brands were of high quality.

The resort featured multiple pools. the food was excellent considering the all-inclusive setup. Drinks were also very good. the staff members worked hard, remaining pleasant and helpful throughout the hotel. i liked that the hotel was well-kept and clean.
I noticed the gym facilities seemed outdated. Some equipment was out of order. this limited the workout options and reduced the overall quality of the fitness experience.

the resort facilities were great. the food was hot with plentiful options. the organization at mealtimes was excellent. there were many people, but no long queues formed. the staff overall was friendly and helpful with excellent cleanliness throughout the grounds. the build quality is nice.
This wasn't ideal. i think having a dedicated space would enhance the experience for all guests.

I was really thrilled with my room. It was a Beautiful Room and it had so much space. The air conditioning worked super well. I never felt too hot or too cold. The cleaning services was excellent. The staff made sure everything was super clean daily.
The mixed drinks quality varied wildly depending on the bartender. Some drinks was perfect, others not drinkable.

The hotel offers diverse food options throughout the day. I noted the buffet included various choices and was replenished regularly. The bars provided prompt service with a wide selection of drinks. I found the private beach to be well kept with plenty of sun loungers. The pools were warm and inviting.
I experienced some waiting times for drinks at the bars during peak hours.
